WebHorrific Customer Service - leaving after 25 years of absolute incompetence. After being an Optus customer for over 25 years I am again, extremely disappointed with their horrific customer service. Transferring from one person to another on the phone, waiting on hold for over an hour to get absolutely nowhere. WebI wish there was a below 1 star. Locking modems to your network, how customer centric. I was going to leave a review about 6 hours on chat, 2 hours on the phone to get nowhere, but I think the 100s of 1* reviews may be enough to show how poor the service (after 7.5 years with optus) has been.
