WebHeat it up. Using a propane torch is what I use to get locktite off. I've never used green but I've done this to blue and red locktite. Also just heat up the bolt threads where he put the loctite on it and once there hot loosen the bolts. It's on fairings. Can't heat it up without melting the fairings as well.
