WebMay 4, 2024 · Apr 23, 2024. #1. To start off I have already tried disconnecting all my USB devices as well as clean booting and uninstalling/disabling antivirus. I was able to safe boot with networking and the device manager wasn't constantly refreshing, where I then tried to update the drivers, but it said they were already up to date.
