WebStill figuring this out myself. You need to use a mission editor and set up some vehicles. Then, give them stuff to do. Then, be sure that the player can take command of them. So far all I've done with this is drive and shoot things. Apparently you can do neat things, like play as a FAC and spot targets for aircraft.
