Webmake sure you have all the previous DLC's, for Repentance you need the whole Rebirth bundle or the game will crash on startup. Steam or the game do not tell you this, the game just crashes and generates a crash dump with id 0xC0000005 if you do not have all dlc's. get rid of all mods and settings.
